Though expensive to purchase, Rite of Passage will quickly pay for itself if you pair it with a Sacred Tortoise or two. Boar Fetish and Herding Stones are likewise in a good position to benefit from this card. Ceremonial Dance will allow you to effectively double its power in the turn that you purchase it, and Shrine of Rebirth may allow you to play it again on your next turn.
As with Rite of Combat and Rite of Brood, you should generally hold off on purchasing this card until you would be able to purchase additional cards and do so without playing any coin cards (obviously, buy it ASAP if this card is at risk of being destroyed by Misinformation, Banishing Gust, or a similar effect, or if you need it now).
