Undermine only affects the number of cards drawn, and not the hand size of your opponent. It effectively allows them to keep another card in hand, which negates the effectiveness of this card against Endazu. Undermine's main strength is in a form of resource denial, while also preventing limiting the chances for redrawing cards from the Vespitole draw card mechanic. Multiple Undermines fully stack, and virtually give you a free turn against particular heroes especially in the early game.
